Little Sweet Dreams is operated by Lucy McCarthy, Child Psychologist, based in Byron Bay, Australia. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use sweetlittledreams.co (“the Service”).
What we collect
- Account information: Your name, email address, and password (managed by Supabase Auth).
- Baby profile: Your baby's name, date of birth, and wake time preferences.
- Sleep logs: Sleep entries you record, including times, type, quality, and notes.
- Intake form responses: Information you provide about your family's sleep situation.
- Chat messages: Conversations with the AI sleep consultant (processed by Anthropic).
- Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
How we use your data
- To provide and personalise your sleep program.
- To send transactional and check-in emails related to your program.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To improve our service (aggregated, de-identified data only).
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate Little Sweet Dreams:
- Supabase: Database and authentication (hosted in Sydney, Australia).
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Anthropic: AI chat processing (messages are not stored by Anthropic for training).
- Vercel: Website hosting.
- Composio: Email delivery and calendar integration.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing lucy@sweetlittledreams.co.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at lucy@sweetlittledreams.co for any privacy requests.
Children's privacy
This service is designed for parents and caregivers. We collect limited information about children (name and date of birth) solely to personalise sleep guidance. This data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
