Little Sweet Dreams provides evidence-based infant and toddler sleep guidance through digital tools, educational content, an AI-assisted sleep consultant, and optional 1:1 consultations. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–3 years.
The information provided through Little Sweet Dreams is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your child's pediatrician or health professional for medical concerns. If your child has a diagnosed sleep disorder, medical condition, or developmental concern, seek professional medical advice before implementing any sleep changes.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact lucy@sweetlittledreams.co to request a refund.
The AI sleep consultant feature uses artificial intelligence to provide sleep guidance. While it is trained on evidence-based sleep science, it is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified health professional. Lucy McCarthy reviews and maintains the AI's guidance framework but does not personally review each conversation.
All content, including educational modules, schedules, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lucy McCarthy / Little Sweet Dreams. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Little Sweet Dreams is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
