Agreement

By using sweetlittledreams.co (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Lucy McCarthy, Child Psychologist, ABN to be advised, Byron Bay, NSW, Australia.

The service

Sweet Little Dreams provides evidence-based infant and toddler sleep guidance through digital tools, educational content, an AI-assisted sleep consultant, and optional 1:1 consultations. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes for parents and caregivers of children aged 0–3 years.

Medical disclaimer

The information provided through Sweet Little Dreams is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your child's pediatrician or health professional for medical concerns. If your child has a diagnosed sleep disorder, medical condition, or developmental concern, seek professional medical advice before implementing any sleep changes.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments and refunds

• Starter ($14/month) and Plus ($29/month): Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Program ($149): One-time payment. Includes the full digital program plus a personalised sleep plan and a 30-minute follow-up call.
• Program + Consult ($298): One-time payment. Adds a 60-minute Zoom consultation with Lucy.
• Program + Consult + Home Visit ($549): One-time payment. Adds a 60-minute in-home consultation (Byron Bay & surrounds).

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact lucy@sweetlittledreams.co to request a refund.

AI sleep consultant

The AI sleep consultant feature uses artificial intelligence to provide sleep guidance. While it is trained on evidence-based sleep science, it is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified health professional. Lucy McCarthy reviews and maintains the AI's guidance framework but does not personally review each conversation.

Intellectual property

All content, including educational modules, schedules, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lucy McCarthy / Sweet Little Dreams. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content from the Service without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Sweet Little Dreams is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
